We process and ship all orders within 7–8 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are accepted only if you provide proper proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (for example: photos or videos showing product damage or defect).
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Only exchange or replacement is available for eligible returns.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are accepted only before your order has been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

How to Request a Return

No Questions Asked:

We believe in the quality of our products, and we trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, we have a “No Questions Asked” policy. You can return the product within the stipulated 10-day period, and we’ll process your refund without probing into the reason.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
